Our Commitment
We take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns promptly.
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, our return policy for fresh arrangements is as follows:
- If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at our discretion
- Photographs of the issue may be requested to help us understand the problem
- We cannot accept returns of fresh flowers that have been properly delivered and are simply past their natural lifespan
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund will be provided
- Within 24 hours of delivery: Cancellation may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order value, as we may have already prepared your arrangement
- After delivery: Standard return policy applies (see above)
- Custom event orders: Specific cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- If you paid by cash or check, we will issue a refund check or arrange an alternative payment method
Quality Issues
If you experience any quality issues with your order:
- Contact us immediately via phone or email with details of the issue
- Provide photographs if possible to help us assess the situation
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund
- Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction
Delivery Issues
If there are problems with delivery:
- If flowers are delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will arrange immediate redelivery or provide a full refund
- If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.), we will work with you to find a solution
- If no one is available to receive the delivery and flowers are left in an inappropriate location, please contact us immediately
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer
Custom Orders and Events
For custom arrangements and event floristry:
- Cancellation terms are specified in your booking agreement
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and materials already ordered
- Changes to custom orders may be accommodated up to a certain deadline, which will be communicated at booking
- Please review your contract carefully and contact us with any questions
Substitutions
As outlined in our Terms of Use, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific varieties are unavailable. If you are not satisfied with substitutions:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will work with you to find an acceptable solution
- If no solution can be reached, we will provide a refund or replacement
Non-Refundable Items
The following items or situations are generally not eligible for refund:
- Flowers that have reached the end of their natural lifespan after proper care
- Custom orders cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has begun (subject to contract terms)
- Items damaged due to improper care or handling by the recipient
- Orders cancelled after delivery has been completed

- Provide your order number or details about your purchase
- Describe the issue clearly and include photographs if applicable
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
